Vivian Ma

Vivian is in her second year of her Bachelor of Architectural Studies with a specialization in Design. She wishes to discover the ways in which technology can be leveraged to develop practical architectural solutions that improve resilience in communities. Her greatest goal in architecture is to maximize humanitarian impact by prioritizing the adaptability of materials and processes to local climate, social, and economic conditions. At CSALT, she uses her experience with a variety of software such as Python to assist in the research of digital design and fabrication with robots. Outside of her academic studies, Vivian is an avid gamer, instrumentalist, and hiker.
