Happy to announce our Mitacs Accelerate Grant launch at CSALT. Our interdisciplinary team is working with industry partners Prosperium Global Solutions and Zeo Ip Pty to develop SIP design concepts using sustainable micro-fibrillated cellulose composites without harmful adhesives. This funding will support intern Jesse Bird to work with our academic team and industry partners over the next 16 months.
Left to right: Jesse Bird, intern is joined by co-supervisors, Cynthia Cruickshank (Mechanical Engineering), Jeffrey Erochko (Civil Engineering), Owen Rowland (Biology) and Team Lead, Sheryl Boyle (Architecture) in the CSALT lab. Follow the project here and on Instagram at CSALTarchitecture. This work is supported by Mitacs through the Mitacs Accelerate Program.
